Transcript Requests
Your Official High School Transcript is a 3-5 page legal document that has been signed and sealed in a envelope with a signature across the envelope flap. The envelope should not be opened except by the verifying official. Many scholarship programs and EVERY college you are APPLYING to requires an official transcript.

SENIORS: You can request your transcript be sent, free of charge, to colleges by filling out a transcript request slip in the guidance office in the clear box posted to the right of Mrs. Poolos' office. You must request that your transcript be sent as it is a legal document with identifying information that cannot be released without your consent.
